Julia and Mommy had a wonderful road trip to Virginia. On Friday, we visited the Outlaw family. Kelly and I have been best friends since we were in diapers (as our mothers like to tell us) and we are lucky to have daughters only 4 months apart in age. I think it will be awesome to let our daughters grow up together as well. Four hours driving distance will make that a challenge, but a yearly trip is the least we can do! The girls enjoyed visiting beagle puppies, picking blueberries and playing on the Outlaw's farm. Jules asked Caitlin and Lauren to be her best friends during "nap time" (aka gigglefest). Later that weekend, Julia visited her Virginia family to include both her great grandmothers. She ate tons of treats and performed a late night dance recital for everyone. It was a lovely trip;)
